Professional N600 Wet Area - 100% Neutral Cure Anti-Fungal Silicone Sealant

WET AREA N-600 is a high-quality 100% neutral oxime curing silicone adhesive/sealant containing a fungicide to prevent mould growth in hot and humid areas. It is ideal for sealing bathrooms, kitchens, hotel wash basins, shower screens, etc. It reacts with atmospheric moisture to produce a form-in-place silicone rubber seal. Weathering and UV resistance are excellent.

Packaging: 300 ml disposable plastic cartridges

Colour Options: Clear, Misty Grey, Off-White, White, Charcoal and other

APPLICATIONS

WET AREA N-600is ideal in applications such as:

  • General purpose glazing and weather sealing BS 5889 building approved
  • Sealing around baths, vanities, kitchens, and shower screens
  • Any area subject to hot and humid, and wet conditions

 WET AREA N600 will have excellent adhesion to many substrates. Admil Adhesives always recommends to conduct “Pre-Adhesion” Tests on substrates to ensure adequate bond is achieved.

SURFACE PREPARATION

All surfaces must be clean, dry, sound, and free from dust, oil, rust, or any other contamination.

Metals should be cleaned with a non-oily solvent soaked clean clothExcess solvent should be wiped from the surface with a clean dry cloth. When used on remedial work all existing sealant must be removed. In some instances further cleaning or etching maybe required.
