VAC RIG 10/16 Cup - 1200kg SWL Rig
A larger version of the DSZ2-900 , this 1200kg SWL rig is packed with features that ensure it will cope with heavy lifting and high repetition workloads. Designed and tested to lift more than twice its rated capacity on only one of the two independent vacuum circuits, the safety margin is theoretically four times the SWL. Six extension arms can be quickly installed and connected to create numerous lifting configurations.
Some of the unique features of this rig include:
- Dual vacuum pumps per circuit for quick attachment.
- Ability to charge and operate at the same time.
- Dual locking pins for the tilt mechanism.
- Oversized bearing packed slew ring for reduced resistance when rotating heavy glass.
- Cabled remote, allows for easy attachment / release on large sheets.
- Quick change & adjustable angle of the lifting eye.
