Our Product Range:

1. Trapezoidal or Flat Arris Wheels:

• Available Diameters: 150mm, 120mm, and 100mm with a 22mm bore, and 25mm diameter with a 12mm bore
• Glass Thickness Compatibility: 4-25mm
• Grits: Rough, medium, and fine standard grits are in stock; customised grits are available upon request
• Options: Segmented or continuous wheels with or without internal cooling

2. Flat-edge Segmented Wheels:

• Premium quality Italian-manufactured diamond grinding wheels with internal cooling for flat glass edgework are available in such diameters as 100mm, 120mm, and 150mm with a 22mm or 50mm bore;
• Glass Thickness Compatibility: 4-19mm;
• Grits: Various

3. Continuous and Segmented Wheels for Producing V Profile:

• Available Diameters: 150mm, and 100mm with a 22mm bore;
• Typical angles 25° and 45° are held in stock. Special one-off wheels with specific angles are no problem. Please enquire;
• While we stock wheels in standard grits, we are happy to order one-off wheels in modified grits to suit your specific needs.

4. Mills and Mill-Trap Combi Tools:

• Compatibility: Suitable for all CNC machines, Forvet machines;
• The mills go from diameter 8 mm to 22 mm and can be supplied with three, four, five or six segments.
• The profile of the router can be flat, pencil or trapezoidal.
• Glass Thickness Compatibility: 4-19mm
• Specifications: Supplied in standard mesh/grit with variations available to meet specific requirements.

5. Trapezoidal Tools and Countersinks:

• Compatibility: all CNC machines, Forvet machines;
• Suitable for processing glass from 4mm to 19mm thick
• Tools are supplied as a standard grit, however, variations can be provided to meet customers' requirements.
