Abrasive Rubber Block – Multi-Grit Rubber Abrasive Blocks

High-quality rubber abrasive blocks available in three grit grades — coarse, medium, and fine — for cleaning, surface preparation, finishing, and rust or coating removal. The resilient rubber body is evenly impregnated with abrasive grit, so each block cuts evenly throughout its life. These blocks are ideal for metalwork, glass, ceramics, plastics, and painted surfaces, and can be used dry or with lubricants (water, paraffin, solvent) for enhanced finish control.

Available Blocks Options:

• 60 Grit (Coarse); Colour: Blue; Typical Use: Aggressive material removal — rust/scale stripping, paint or old coating removal, heavy surface prep
• 120 Grit (Medium); Colour: Grey; Typical Use: General purpose surface smoothing, rust & oxidation removal, preparing surfaces for finer finishing
• 240 Grit (Fine) Colour: Brown; Typical Use: Light finishing, removing fine surface blemishes, preparing for polishing or coating
