Megapoxy 240 – 390g Kit

Megapoxy 240 is a semi-rigid, amber-colored epoxy resin designed to remain soft after curing. This unique property allows for easy removal or re-entry. It is ideal for applications where adjustments may be necessary post-curing, such as fine-tuning floor spring tension in architectural hardware installations.

Packaging

Available in a 390g kit, it is suitable for small—to medium-scale applications requiring precision and the option of post-cure adjustments.

Key Features

  • Re-Enterable After Curing: Remains rubbery, facilitating post-cure adjustments without compromising the integrity of the installation.
  • Extended Working Time: Offers a generous pot life of approximately 2 hours at 25°C, providing ample time for mixing and application.
  • Complete Kit: Supplied as a 390g kit, comprising both Part A (resin) and Part B (hardener), ensuring accurate mixing ratios and optimal performance.

Mixing and Application Instructions

  1. Preparation: Combine the entire contents of Part A with Part B.
  2. Initial Mixing: Stir the mixture thoroughly using a flat stirrer until a uniform consistency is achieved.
  3. Secondary Mixing: Transfer the mixture into a clean container and mix again to ensure complete homogenization.
  4. Application: Pour the fully mixed epoxy into the desired position.

Note: Neither component will cure independently; thoroughly mixing the correct proportions is essential for proper curing.
