Silberschnitt® Wheel Holder 417 – Complete Module with Carbide Cutting Wheel (Pack of 10)

The Silberschnitt® Wheel Holder 417 is a complete cutting module that combines a durable plastic holder with a premium carbide cutting wheel for fast, convenient replacement. Unlike traditional wheel-only changes, swapping out the whole module is quicker, requires less dexterity, and significantly reduces machine downtime. Colour-coded plastic holders help avoid mix-ups on the production floor, ensuring process reliability—especially important when working with unlabelled wheels and holders.
Manufactured by The Bohle Group in Germany, this module delivers consistent precision and long service life in both automated and manual cutting environments. Available with ACTIVE or BASIC grinds for a wide range of glass-cutting applications.

Suitable for automatic cutting of float glass 2–8 mm thick. Colour-coded for easy identification:

2. ACTIVE Grind (Advanced & Specialty Cutting)
Designed for demanding applications:

• Automatic cutting of shapes
• Cutting of laminated glass
• Open cuts in automotive glass (2–6 mm)
• Standard cutting from 145° upward
• Ideal for coated glass (low-E)
