The NFK Cross Belt Arrissing Machine is designed to run 2 x 100 x 3350 silicone carbide abrasive belts. Produced from 8mm steel plate, and equipped with IP67 “mine spec” WEG 3 phase motors, this machine is designed for continuous operation. The coolant system is piped in stainless steel. All steelwork is sandblasted, epoxy primed and powder coated for the best corrosion protection. 

Designed, engineered and manufactured at NFK in Brisbane, with the goal of producing a machine which is simple to operate and maintain. We used Australian sourced components for ease of maintenance. This machine will deliver non-stop high performance reliability, even in the harshest processing environments.
