Vac-Rig 6 / 12 Cup Vacuum Lifter | 900 kg Kappel Vacuum Lifter DSZ2 - 12V-900
A heavy-duty commercial vacuum lifter, designed and engineered to cope with lifting big weights with ease. As with all Kappel rigs, the body remains slimline at only 220mm. All components are protected behind the stainless steel covers, with only the necessary switches and gauges exposed.
Technical Characteristics
Suction pads/cups: 6 to 12 heavy-duty vacuum suction cups (type 150K), configurable layout
Dual circuit system: independent dual vacuum circuits for increased safety
Extensions: Four or six load-bearing extension arms can be configured as required to accommodate any glass shape. While the two central cups remain fixed, the outer cups can be enabled or disabled as needed. Quick-release hose ends and pins allow for fast attachment/removal of extension arms.
Lifting Capacity:
- 450 kg with 6 cups
- 600 kg with 8 cups
- 750 kg with 10 cups
- 900 kg with 12 cups

Tilt: Manual 90° tilt with smooth, stepless control with lowering cylinder
