– A durable 2,400 mm hot-dip galvanised top hat section with neoprene suction-style grommets built in. Designed to grip and support glass panels securely in racks and frameworks, helping prevent slippage and corrosion.

• Top Hat Grommets

– Replacement rubber grommets intended for insertion into top hat sections to provide cushioned support and improve grip on glass edges during transport.

• U Channel Rubber

– Heavy-duty rubber U-channel profile that cushions and protects glass edges from impact or chipping when mounted on racks, A-frames, and barrows.

• Strip Rubber Ribbed 4x45mm

– A roll of fine ribbed rubber strip giving anti-slip and protective surface coverage. Ideal for lining rack edges or framework to prevent shifting or material damage.

• Restraint Strap Ratchet

– Heavy-duty ratchet fastening strap with a 2,500 kg lashing capacity and 50 mm wide polyester webbing, designed for secure load restraint on trucks, trailers and cargo racks. Featuring protective sleeves and pads behind the ratchet and hooks to help prevent damage to glass, frames, or other delicate materials during transport. Available in multiple standard lengths to suit a range of load-securing needs: 2 m, 3 m, 4 m, 5 m, and 8 m. Custom lengths can also be made to order upon request.

• Clamp Bar Assemblies (Multiple Size Options)

– Heavy-duty adjustable clamp bar systems designed to securely restrain glass panels on truck racks during transport. Each complete assembly includes integrated winding gearboxes and protective pads to apply even clamping pressure, helping prevent movement and damage in transit. Available in multiple lengths and pad configurations to suit different rack sizes and load requirements:

• Clamp Bar 1905mm 2 Pad – A 1,905 mm adjustable clamp bar assembly with two winding gearboxes.

• Clamp Bar 2200 mm 2 Pad – Similar to the 1905 mm version, this 2,200 mm clamp bar is ideal for medium-sized loads, featuring a corrosion-resistant plated finish and easy adjustment.

• Clamp Bar 2665mm 3 Pad – Extra-long clamp bar with three adjustable gearboxes, suitable for securing larger glass panels on transport racks safely and efficiently.

To support maintenance and repairs, we also offer complete gearbox assemblies as well as all individual replacement components, including gearbox axles, disc only for clamp bars, gearbox bodies, gearbox rubber rings, nyloc nuts and bolts for thrust arms, gearbox thrust arms (300 mm and 400 mm), thumb screws, and gearbox tommy bars.
