1. DOWSIL™ Spacer Tapes for Structural Glazing

High-density, semi-rigid polyurethane foam tapes designed for structural silicone glazing. The open-cell structure allows air and moisture to reach the silicone, enabling optimal curing.
Thickness: 3.2 mm – 12.5 mm
Width: 6 mm, 9 mm, 12 mm, custom
Applications: Structural silicone glazing, curtain wall systems, façade glazing, and outdoor bonding applications. Used as a spacer tape to maintain a consistent gap between glass and the structure, ensuring proper silicone distribution, reliable adhesion, and long-term performance. Suitable for bonding to low-surface-energy (LSE) materials, including PVDF-coated panels, often without the need for a primer.
